To our valued patients,
We sincerely appreciate your trust in our practice and we highly value the well-being of all patients, staff and families who entrust us with their care. To help ensure your safety, we are taking appropriate measures to help protect our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our office is currently closed to patients until April 6th, in compliance with state mandates. At that time, we will re-evaluate and determine whether further closure is needed. To help address the health and safety of our patients, we are still available for emergency appointments. Please call us at 317-554-9950 if you believe you are experiencing an emergency situation.
Please know that we are closely monitoring all developments pertaining to the coronavirus and we have been taking enhanced measures to provide a sanitary and safe place for everyone. We are applying the latest recommendations from the CDC, WHO, ADA, and Indiana Department of Health in an effort to provide the best in care.
These measures include:
- Following universal safety guidelines from the CDC.
- Sterilization of all instruments between patients.
- Proper disposal of all medical waste and removal by an approved agency.
- Additional disinfection of all waiting rooms, patient chairs and surfaces.
In addition to these methods, we are also actively and regularly disinfecting all areas of our office. Our staff is being regularly screened for any symptoms and additional protective methods are being taken by our dental personnel.
If you experience any of the following symptoms, please reschedule your appointment:
- Shortness of breath
- Exposure to the COVID-19 virus
We also ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have traveled outside of the U.S. in the last month.
We apologize in advance if these measures cause you any inconvenience, but we feel strongly that we must do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the health and safety of our community members. Please know we are being proactive in an effort to provide only the best in care for all of our patients. We look forward to serving you as soon as circumstances allow for safe visits.
Stay safe and healthy!
